Amy Hall is a recognized leader in the medical real estate industry, with a career spanning over two decades. She has a proven track record of driving leasing and investment performance, physician engagement strategies, and portfolio growth across some of the nation’s largest healthcare real estate platforms. Amy is known for her ability to align real estate strategy with the evolving needs of health systems, behavioral health providers, and medical groups, ensuring that healthcare delivery models are supported by optimized real estate solutions.
As Senior Vice President of Leasing and Physician Strategy at Physicians Realty Trust, Amy led a national team dedicated exclusively to medical real estate, overseeing leasing strategy, physician alignment, and portfolio execution across a 16+ million square foot healthcare portfolio in 36 states. Under her leadership, the leasing team built one of the most successful healthcare-focused leasing platforms in the country, achieving an industry-leading 96% occupancy rate. Following the merger between Physicians Realty Trust and Healthpeak Properties Inc, Amy served as Senior Vice President of Leasing and Portfolio Strategy at Healthpeak Properties, Inc., where she was responsible for driving leasing performance, portfolio repositioning, and strategic growth initiatives across one of the nation’s largest publicly traded healthcare real estate investment trusts (REITs).
She played a pivotal role in developing leasing platforms that strengthened relationships with health systems, physician groups, and behavioral health providers, ensuring long-term portfolio resilience and revenue optimization. Earlier in her career, Amy was Vice President of Office Properties at CBRE, where she helped develop leasing strategies for Catholic Health Initiatives and other leading healthcare organizations during a time of rapid expansion and industry change. Her work at CBRE further deepened her expertise in behavioral health real estate solutions, physician alignment strategies, and market-driven real estate execution.
She began her career at Cushman & Wakefield, where she gained foundational experience in commercial real estate leasing and finance. A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designee since 2007, Amy holds dual B.A. degrees in Marketing and Organizational Management from Miami University’s Richard T. Farmer School of Business. She is an inductee in the Kentucky Women’s Athletic Hall of Fame, Miami University Athletic Hall of Fame, and Sacred Heart Academy Hall of Fame for her achievements as a distance swimmer.
She has also been recognized as one of Louisville Business First’s 40 Under 40 Honorees. Amy is an Ironman Triathlon finisher and serves on the March of Dimes board, the Scarlet Hope Executive Board, and the founding Board for a tech start-up focusing on stopping human trafficking, Freedom Signal. Amy is a sought-after speaker, industry thought leader, and contributor to Becker’s Healthcare Review Podcasts, where she shares insights on healthcare real estate trends, physician engagement strategies, behavioral health expansion, and the evolving role of medical real estate in patient care delivery.
Matt Brown is a seasoned healthcare executive with deep expertise in operational leadership, organizational structure, and integrated behavioral health systems. Most recently, he served as Chief Administration Officer of ARC and President of ARC Healthcare at Addiction Recovery Care (ARC), where he was instrumental in transforming the organization into a nationally recognized model for full life transformation. Under his leadership, ARC expanded from 32 beds to over 1,800 beds across 30+ facilities, employing more than 1,300 staff and serving thousands of patients annually.
Matt’s oversight encompassed operations finance, revenue cycle, HR, marketing, business development, payer negotiations, strategic planning, IT, facility maintenance, and safety - ensuring all systems aligned with ARC’s mission and growth objectives.
He led the development of organizational structure, refining internal roles and responsibilities to improve efficiency, accountability, and performance. His implementation of KPI-driven frameworks reinforced the organization’s core values and mission, provided actionable insights for continuous improvement, and created efficiency for sustainability during seasons of rapid growth.
In addition to operational systems, Matt prioritized leadership development by cultivating high-performing teams and fostering a patient-centered culture. His business development efforts led to a 473% increase in leads and admissions over five years, a testament to his ability to scale operations while maintaining quality.
Before entering healthcare administration, Matt spent 12 years practicing and leading physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy teams, giving him a hands-on understanding of patient care and operational workflows. This clinical foundation informs his strategic decisions, balancing financial sustainability with high-quality service delivery.
Matt’s connection to behavioral health is also personal - he entered recovery in 2014 after an 18-year battle with substance use disorder. His lived experience fuels his passion for building systems that deliver compassionate, effective care.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky. Matt resides in Louisa, Kentucky, with his wife, Summer.
